How do I register my child?
You can register your child online by visiting:

Is my child too old for the program?
Any child under the age of five is eligible for the program. Each child graduates from the program on their fifth birthday.

How soon will my child receive their first book?
Books orders are placed on the first of each month. The Imagination Library takes orders one month ahead of delivery. This means that it can take up to ten weeks to receive your very first book. Below is a sample schedule.  Not sure when you signed up? Log in to your parent account and it will give you the exact sign-up date. Your email address is your login.

How do I update my child’s account information?
You can log in and manage your child’s account at any time by visiting:

I am pregnant! When can I register my baby?
You will have to wait to register until the baby’s physical arrival. At this time, you are unable to register a child whose birthday is in the future.

We moved! How do I update my our mailing address?
Log into your child’s account and update their mailing address. If the program is available in the county you are moving to, it will be a seamless transition.

My child doesn’t turn 5 until the end of the month. Can I sign them up for one book?
Unfortunately, no. Because the program runs one month in advance, your child will have already graduated from the program by the time we place our book order.
